Details are sent via email 3-5 days before check-in. Should you not receive them, please reach out to our concierge team, concierge@livesitu.com.
Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested by emailing concierge@livesitu.com. While we cannot guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate these requests that are received 48 hours in advance.
Please email concierge@livesitu.com for all requests or changes to your reservation.
You will receive an email from latch 3 days before your check in date.
Please follow the instructions and download the app. Your keys will be activated for 3PM the day of your arrival. If you need access for other guests, please reach out to concierge@livesitu.com.
You will receive a welcome guide 3 days before your check in date with wifi code and general information on the home.
Your Situ Home concierge is available to answer questions or deal with any assistance you might need with your amenities, appliances, furniture and decor. Simply send us an email and we’ll take care of you as soon as possible.
Every Situ home comes with a smart TV to give you access to all your favorite platforms. Guests must have their own login.
